About the team FIS Loyalty delivers and supports engagement solutions to a broad customer base. Our flagship products support financial card loyalty programs and our Points as Currency Premium Payback product is leading the way to bring merchants and banks together and expand card reward benefits real-time where consumers shop and interact. As a Loyalty Business Process Analyst, you'll work with our team of Product Managers developing the processes, artifacts and integration points to support our consumer redemption marketplace as well as our API services for our BaaS and CaaS products. You'll be on the cutting edge of using Non-Fungible Tokens to enable exclusive redemption experiences connecting with state-of-the-art providers. You will help create the framework from which our next gen products will be developed. Working together with our technology and platform owners, this position sits at the crossroads of every interaction including customer apps. You'll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
