Description
As a Business Intelligence Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy and solution for our business intelligence framework. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our Power BI and SQL Server-based reporting solutions in an azure environment.
Requirements
• Design and develop scalable and robust business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the integration of business data sources into SQL Server, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
• Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support data extraction and analysis.
• Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports in Power BI for various business units.
• Ensure the security and compliance of BI solutions in line with industry standards and company policies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Work directly with team members and users to help accomplish corporate analytics and data integration needs.
• Support existing features and develop additional features for data warehouse.
• Support the organization's effort to document requirements and features.
• Point of escalation for data related issues.
• Project work as assigned.
Qualifications
• Ability to work with others at all levels of the business to effectively deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Architect or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Power BI and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of database management, data modeling, and data warehousing principles.
• Expertise in SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Power BI.
• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare Revenue Management experience, a plus.
