Volt is immediately hiring an Business Analyst for an immediate hire role in Fountain Valley.
As a Business Analyst you will: Gather, analyze, interpret and document client requirements Coordinate cross-departmental interactions to drive functional design, development, testing, and successful implementation of new business processes. Serve as a point of contact, fostering transparent communication to effectively bridge gaps between technical and business teams. Developed training documentation, enhanced standardized practices, formulated strategic recommendations, and managed business process investigations, requirements alignment, quality reporting analysis, and timely system implementation. Automate reporting functions Streamline complex data management processes Facilitated project testing (UAT), and extracted audit data from the system to provide the development team with system improvement recommendations. Tracking customer data exceptions from point of discovery, to reporting, to resolution Suggesting/accepting, researching, documenting and submitting enhancement and change recommendations Reporting on trends This is a temporary role expected to last 12 months, possibly longer. Position is hybrid, 3 days onsite, working at the Fountain Valley facility. Only local candidates will be considered (no out of area/state). Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm.
The ideal candidate will have: 1-3 years of related experience ( IT project management and business analyst ) Experience working across multiple functional areas A completed bachelor's degree Strong proficiency using MS Office Pay Rate: $40-50/hr
