We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Business Administrator for our Tech client in Redmond WA. The main function of this role is working with a few teams and providing scheduling assistance to a GM, in a fast-paced environment.

• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of calendar management, travel management, onboarding, travel management, event planning.

Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required: 4 years of experience
• Degrees or certifications required: BA/BS degree is desirable, but not required

• Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate would have experience with Tech companies onboarding tasks, planning team events, managing budgets, strong communication and organizational skills.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 3+ years prior experience with Tech companies.
2. Minimum 3 years proficiency with software, including Office and Outlook
3. Minimum 3 years of experience with Calendaring

A typical day might look like…
• Proactively managing calendars, making decisions on behalf of the calendar's owner to prioritize calendar requests based on shifting business priorities to ensure accurate scheduling and appropriate allocation of time
• Partnering with a team of business administrators to support an engineering organization around T&E budgets, employee onboarding, and team events
• Maintaining information with confidentiality
• Manage domestic and international travel plans and agendas
• Onboarding vendor staff
• Onboarding new hires, manage office space
• Preparing and processing expense reports
• Ensuring a timely flow of information and process approvals as appropriate
• Effectively communicating and building relationships with the business support community and business leadership
• Influencing and embracing cross-functional/cultural teams
• Should be able to solve complex problems when they occur
• Ensuring compliance with the company's policies and procedures
• Being able to think fast, pivot as needed. Flexibility is a must!
