As a valued member of our dynamic Brand Management team, the Brand Marketing Associate will play a vital role in championing our core Brands. This multifaceted position encompasses a range of responsibilities including Brand Business Analytics, Communications Support, Customer/Tradeshow Assistance, Sales Support, and Project Management. It's an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Brand Management, contributing meaningfully to our team's success. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do; you'll work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Merchandising, Product Development, Product Business Management, and Finance to achieve our shared goals and metrics.

Job Responsibilities:
Brand Business Analytics (25%)
Extract insights from ad hoc analyses utilizing Nielsen's syndicated data, focusing on brand and category sales trends.
Utilize household panel data (Nielsen Consumer Facts) to inform brand management, sales ops, and sales strategies.
Offer recommendations on promotion timing, pricing, and tactics to enhance brand sales, backed by thorough assortment analysis.
Collaborate on selling presentations, actively supporting line and category reviews.
Project Management (25%)
Oversee new product setup and manage project timelines for marketing materials, ensuring deadlines are met.
Contribute to the execution of marketing plans and ensure accurate product information is uploaded to relevant platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with web publishing processes in collaboration with the digital/salsify team.
Sales Materials Support (20%)
Aid in the development of category business reviews and sales materials, including presentations and sell sheets.
Review and proofread marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
Fulfill custom marketing material requests for key customers, prioritizing tasks accordingly.
Brand Tracking (10%)
Administer weekly tracking reports utilizing Nielsen syndicated data to measure brand performance.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using internal analytics and syndicated data.
Communications Support (10%)
Provide monthly updates on new items for publication in UNFI's communications.
Contribute to PR programs and coordinate sample requests for publication.
Customer/Tradeshow Support (10%)
Manage tradeshow logistics and deadlines, ensuring deliverables are met.
Coordinate meetings to review tradeshow execution and receive updates from stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other relevant duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred, or equivalent related experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing.
Skills/Abilities:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in data analysis and project management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Adaptability to new technologies and fast-paced environments.
Previous experience working in cross-functional teams.
Occasional travel may be required.
