With a focus on quality, innovation, and customer experience, we're looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassador & Content Creator to elevate our brand and connect with our audience on a deeper level.
Position Summary:
As a Brand Ambassador & Content Creator, you'll be the face and voice of our brand, engaging with our community both online and in-person. You'll create compelling content that educates, entertains, and informs, fostering a positive community around our brand and driving engagement across multiple platforms.
*All positions at this location will require all prospective employees to obtain a
Cannabis Medical Recommendation .
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop, produce, and manage high-quality content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, that aligns with our brand's voice and mission.
Brand Representation: Represent our brand at events, pop-ups, and in-store promotions, embodying our core values and educating consumers about our products and the benefits of cannabis.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community online and offline, responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant conversations to build strong relationships.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving cannabis landscape to inform content creation and brand strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and other promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Content Creator, or similar role, ideally in the cannabis industry or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools, with a knack for trends and content that resonates.
Passionate about cannabis and its community, with knowledge of cannabis products, culture, and regulations in California.
Creative, outgoing, and energetic personality, with a professional and positive demeanor.
Ability to travel within California and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
