Board Analyst

Job summary
This position is for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for developing and implementing behavioral treatment plans.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data related to treatment plans.• Modify behavior plans to ensure patient progress.• Collaborate with clinical team, education team, and transition team on behavior goals, services, and treatment.• Train and provide coaching and feedback to staff implementing ABA services.
Requirements
• Possession of a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or education.• Experience providing applied behavior analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Key Skills Needed
• Experience working with Impatient Adults preferred.
