Billing And A/R Coordinator

Licensed Home Care Agency is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk who will be responsible for collections and managing accounts receivable balances with insurance companies. The Accounts receivable clerk follows up with insurance companies via phone and email, putting together reports of non paid items and investigates in order to resolve the issue and expedite payments. Requirements: Meticulous attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptionally high level of honesty and integrity Patient; works well under stress Personable; sustained positive attitude; and professional demeanor Strong team player, works well in a collaborative environment Experience with HHAeXchange preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel computer skills Effective communication skills Ability to accept direction and perform given assignments Ability to define problems and tasks, collect data and establish facts and facilitate resolution.
