Sync Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Staffing Specialist in the Auburn, WA area
A Sync Staffing Specialist will recruit, interview, screen, and build relationships with employees and help "Sync" them to the right job opportunity to match talent and personality.
Staffing Specialist will:
Audit applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Recruit effectively to minimize turn over.
Calculate payroll hours to submit for processing.
Handle employee relations as needed.
Interact with client customers on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and have a confident, positive attitude willing to go the extra mile and help contribute to a growing team.
Experience in the customer service field or in an office setting is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is required.!
