About this opportunity: Location: Dream Ozarks Outdoor Resort , 200 Ozark Outdoor Lane, Leasburg, MO 65535 Compensation: $12.00 plus tips Position type: Part-time/Full-time This job requires a flexible schedule with varied work hours that may include weekends. What we are looking for in a Bartender : Proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean Relevant training certificate What you will do as a Bartender: Craft and serve various beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative concoctions. (alcohol and non-alcohol) Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations Plan and present bar menu Check the customer's identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Interact with customers, take orders, and offer recommendations with a friendly attitude. Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available. Prepare garnishes, glassware, and other essentials for efficient service. Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to legal drinking age regulations. Create an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy their time.
