Responsibilities
• Serve as the bridge between customers and technicians• Speak with customers to determine their service needs• Create estimates for repair work• Schedule appointments for technicians• Ensure every vehicle receives the care it needs• Maintain a pleasant attitude and attention to detail• Collaborate with colleagues for a smooth shop operation
Requirements
• Possess A1 through A8 and C1 ASE certifications• Have a valid driver's license• Demonstrate automotive knowledge• Previous employment for at least 6 months
