Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in identifying and selecting the right automotive parts and accessories Provide product recommendations and demonstrate features and benefits Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery or pickup Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and restocking Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products Maintain a clean and organized parts department Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations Stay up to date on the latest automotive trends, technologies, and product offerings Meet or exceed sales targets and goals Requirements Prior experience in automotive parts and accessories sales or a similar role Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Basic math skills for processing customer orders and handling transactions Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings Benefits Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
