Automotive Finance Manager Location Grand Blanc, MI : Job Snapshot Full-Time Great Schedule - 1 day off/week + Closed Sundays Paid Weekly PLUS Monthly Commission $100,000 - $135,000+ Annual Income 1 Year Automotive Manager Experience Required Automotive - Motor Vehicles - Parts, Sales Grand Blanc Mitsubishi is looking to add a motivated finance manager that has a strong focus on providing an exceptional customer experience. Apply to be a member of our automotive sales team today! /Duties Discuss finance and lease options with customers while ensuring the customers experience meets or exceeds expectations. Works with desk manager and banks to offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers by providing them with a thorough explanation of manufacture warranty as well as aftermarket products and extended warranty options. Ensures all stips are collected, processes financing paperwork efficiently, and makes sure deals are funded within a timely manner. Process financing and leasing deals accurately in order to secure approval through financial sources while complying with all government regulation. Works with sales managers to ensures sales team is on pace to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives Maintains enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee morale. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years automotive sales experience and 1 year as an Automotive Finance manager Associates or Bachelors degree in business and/or automotive training preferred Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred Ability to handle pressure, adapt to change, maintain composure, and work to resolve conflicts while maintaining a pleasant and positive demeanor. Ability to work and communicate effectively with others by valuing team work Valid U.S. Driver's license High School Degree or equivalent minimum All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR and drug screen.
