Audit Staff (Public)
Required to have approximately 1 to 3 years in public accounting and ideally be CPA or working on it. We are specifically looking for experienced seniors with mix of industries but will certainly include Service, Real Estate, Manufacturing, some Non-profit, etc. In corporate season will handle normal audit work, then in summer will shift into ERISA audits Perform testing of systems and accuracy of data. Evaluate internal controls. Preparation of audit work papers. External audit experience and research technical accounting issues. Experience with policy & procedure documentation/review and SOX. Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls. Strong management and mentoring skills. Limited travel. Only those with these qualifications will be considered.
