About the Role:
As an Audio Visual Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless delivery of AV services in diverse hospitality settings, including hotels, conference centers, and meeting facilities. Your role will encompass managing our talented team of AV technicians, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support our team of AV technicians, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Cultivate strong partnerships with hotel management, clients, and event planners to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, responding to RFPs, and providing tailored solutions.
Take ownership of AV equipment inventory, sourcing additional resources as needed and ensuring their safe return.
Demonstrate technical expertise in audio, video, and lighting systems, and be ready to step in when necessary to ensure flawless execution of events.
Maintain open communication with internal teams to optimize resource allocation and streamline logistics.
Key Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in AV management, preferably within hospitality or event environments.
Proven track record in sales, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for building rapport with clients.
Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver top-notch customer service, even in high-stakes situations.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for problem-solving.
VIP customer service experience is a plus, demonstrating your ability to cater to the needs of discerning clients.
Familiarity with hotel or corporate operations is an advantage.
