Responsibilities
• Member entry process, point of sale functions, information dissemination, incoming telephone calls, and completing cleaning assignments• Provide the highest quality of service• Greet all members and guests• Maintain current information on club programs, services, and activities• Register members and guests for appropriate programs• Handle cash transactions• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute towels• Keep supplies stocked• Complete cleaning assignments• Inspect and report equipment repairs• Follow policies and procedures• Complete mandatory education and training• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred• BLS certification preferred• Ability to multitask and work rapidly• Basic computer proficiency required• Customer service or health club experience preferred
