Associate Marketing Manager
Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $82,100.00 - $109,500.00 per year

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Marketing Program Manager, the Associate Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in implementing direct response marketing initiatives aimed at driving awareness and usage of the AAA Discounts & Rewards and AAA branded Visa credit card programs. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, agency partners, and stakeholders to develop and execute marketing plans effectively.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product teams to devise and execute marketing plans for strategic partners, enhancing awareness and usage of the Discounts & Rewards program.
Work closely with our agency and internal product team to develop and implement marketing strategies supporting revenue and new account acquisition goals for the AAA Visa credit card.
Maintain and optimize the AAA website category pages with seasonally relevant partner offers.
Analyze project performance metrics and provide proactive solutions and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved accurately, on time, and within budget.
Manage budgets and forecasting for the Discounts & Rewards and AAA Visa Credit Card programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred.
3-5 years of prior marketing experience in an advertising agency or client-side marketing role required.
Strong knowledge and experience in direct response marketing and project management.
Proficiency in developing marketing plans and managing budgets.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Tableau and Adobe Analytics experience a plus.
Work Schedule: Hybrid - Work at the Administration Offices in Costa Mesa (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and work-from-home (Monday and Friday)
