Position Overview:
As our Regional Director of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships to drive census growth across our 11+ facilities in the region. Your knack for sales and your genuine passion for helping others will be instrumental in shaping the success of our network.
Responsibilities:
Be the face of our care network, showcasing the excellence of our facilities to prospective clients.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain regular communication to ensure their needs are met.
Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to drive growth initiatives and meet established targets.
Assist in coordinating sales efforts across different territories to maximize our impact and reach.
Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
A natural ability to build and maintain genuine business relationships.
In-depth knowledge of the sales approach tailored to Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience in sales within the Assisted Living and Memory Care industry.
Previous experience in multi-site sales is highly desirable.
Five years of outside sales experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel daily and spend significant time on the road.
Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds as needed.
