• Supervising Associates in selling effort• Maintaining store's in-stock position• Ensuring appealing and organized store appearance• Interviewing, hiring, motivating, and coaching associates• Training and developing associates• Executing semi-annual review of associate performance• Managing front end processes involving sales and returns• Overseeing back end processes including receiving and stocking• Maintaining and operating store equipment and systems• Analyzing sales trends and planning merchandise placement
Requirements
• Must be eighteen years of age or older• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States• High school diploma or GED required• 3 years of minimum work experience• No additional years of preferred work experience
