Position: Assistant General Manager
Here's what you'll do: As our Assistant General Manager, you'll steer the restaurant's course and supervise day-to-day operations. We need someone who has at least 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant business. We're looking for a creative collaborator who flourishes in the face of challenges, enjoys a lively environment, and exhibits a deep commitment to their profession. Your role: As the Assistant General Manager, your duties will include recruiting, coaching, and cultivating team members, ensuring they grasp and live out our values and culture. You'll push for satisfying outcomes through staff growth, sales escalation, and profit amplification. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must for completing tasks efficiently.
