Job Description: Ashland University's Dwight Schar College of Education is seeking applications for an Assistant Dean of Education. The Assistant Dean will work closely with the College of Education leadership team (i.e., dean, department chairs, program directors, staff).
Develop and maintain recruitment pathways, partnerships. Coordinate partnerships between the COE and all P-12 schools districts plus the Elyria Center. Oversee the licensure verification process and serve as the college's certification officer. Support graduate faculty and the Dean in all efforts related to marketing and recruitment. Participate in recruitment events off campus and online with COE department chairs, program directors, and faculty to implement recruitment strategies and outreach activities. Assist the Dean with leadership of the College.
