Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply strong analytical reasoning to understand end user's requirements and transform them into operational applications.
- Acquire deep knowledge of working systems and bring efficient and effective changes for better performance across programs.
- Extract, analyze, and report data to support program activity and assist in management decision making.
- Audit, evaluate, track, and report performance activity for Performance Management and contract compliance purposes (e.g., alignment with the program's service-level agreements,)
- Work closely with operations staff to define requirements, test criteria, and identify success factors. Project Responsibilities:
- Executes all implementation tasks assigned by BA Manager
- Manages day to day operations for assigned projects after implementation phase
- Updating Policies and Procedures
- Drafting new Policies and Procedures
- Sending Policies and Procedures for approval
- Communicating all changes to the document control team for posting into Panviva
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert for policy and procedures for assigned projects SOA Standardization Policy & Procedures
- Builds and manages SOA related procedures.
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert for SOA procedures.
- Ensures procedures are in line with corporate guidelines.
- Serves as liaison between Operations, Training, Quality, and the Procedure team ensuring procedural alignment across teams.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
