• Update records, files, reservations, and answer guest inquiries• Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile machine• Operate standard office equipment• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents• Distribute and maintain incoming mail• Create and maintain filing systems• Compile, copy, sort, and file office records• Enter and locate work-related information using computers• Follow company policies and procedures• Provide excellent customer service and communication
Requirements
