STATUS: REGULAR, FULL -TIME
LOCATION: KAW CITY, OK
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a high school diploma/GED and/or Vocational secretaries training or trade school. Must have proficiency in word processing. Requires demonstrated language and spelling skills and knowledge of efficient office procedures. Experience in multi-phone line system with good communication skills and postage machines is preferred. Experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Process all incoming/outgoing mail including mail records. Issue GSA and Tribal vehicles keys to employees and maintain mileage log. Record Maintenance request log. Order supplies for the Nation, fill supply request as needed, and complete monthly allocation of supply costs for the accounting department. Keep the supply closet neat and orderly. Provide excellent customer service.
