We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk operations, administrative tasks, and project coordination.
Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office required.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage front desk activities such as answering phones, sorting mail, and scheduling appointments
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Coordinate projects by organizing files, data entry, and tracking progress
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling meetings
- Utilize computer skills for data entry and document preparation
Skills:
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of Google Suite for document management and communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and clients
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in a dental office, medical receptionist role, or as a personal assistant is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $19.01 - $22.89 per hour
