Responsibilities
• Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts• Schedule and go through demos of our product• Calling on new accounts to build your book of business• Reach agreed upon revenue targets based on client retention• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints• Network and build relationships with the client base• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers• Maintain, grow and optimize existing accounts for revenue through discovery, communication, and rapport building• Adapt our product recommendations to suit the agents' needs by asking discovery questions and handling objections• Identify products that best fit each client's individual needs
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in sales• Experience in relationship management• Insurance producer experience a plus• Strong phone sales skills• Strong negotiation skills• Deadline and detail-oriented• Ability to build rapport with clients
