Responsibilities: Oversee development and coordination of all marketing communications to promote the sale of Emulates products and further commercial objectives
Define marketing objectives and strategies, and translate strategies into communication tactics, including product management, planning, scheduling and budgeting
Develop and execute a global marketing strategy, plan and budget that builds strong brand awareness, drives new customer acquisition and adoption and generates growth in global revenue
Develop strategic campaigns with high:impact tactical plans that result in meaningful revenue and market share growth
Direct the development of company marketing plan and support commercial activities for specific products or product lines including assessment of potential markets
Collaborate with key functional teams to plan, develop and produce promotional tools and communication vehicles to support commercial efforts
Conduct in:depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations
Translate customer feedback, market trends and scientific direction into future product development and launch plans
Provide marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches
Develop commercial use cases for Emulates products including the delivery format, pricing, expected volumes, etc.
Identify market segments with most growth or development potential and incorporate into marketing program development
Perform detailed market analysis and forecast market trends
Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI
Consult with functional leads and external vendors to leverage web marketing, trade show activity and direct marketing
Interpret and translate scientific clinical data into commercial implications
Work closely with Product Management to develop short and long:range strategies for product expansion
Desired Skills and Experience:

12+ years of relevant experience in relevant life sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, specialty pharma and/or medical technology)
Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
Experience driving strategic planning/product management and planning/executing activities that achieve these goals
Fundamental knowledge of all aspects of Marketing (pricing, distribution, advertising, creative, media, consumer and trade promotion, graphics, and market research)
In:depth knowledge of CRM software, Content Managements Systems, Salesforce preferred
Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Strong communication skills (presentation and written)
Ability to partner and collaborate with people at all levels within the organization
Familiarity with market analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Creative thinker with data:driven analytical aptitude
Successful track record of establishing and leading marketing strategy in a dynamic, high growth environment
