Responsibilities As a Vice President of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for the global Sales of ERTs product and service lines.

The Senior and Key appointments of Vice President will devise, implement and execute strategic initiatives to generate new and/or incremental sources of revenue through the identification and establishment of business relationships.

As a leader you will inspire, motivate, develop and lead your global teams. You will provide insight and expertise as to the domains in which you will operate, offering innovate strategies and tools to ensure the success of your team

The role of Vice President in our Commercial operations will be responsible for;

Revenue Attainment : achieving quarterly revenue objectives for the territory and individual clients; overseeing sales strategy and approach to achieve success.

Sales : achieving sales objectives across your domain.

Account Planning : defining comprehensive account plans with deep knowledge of the customers (pipeline, strategy, organization, competitive dynamics, etc.); aligning ERTs offerings and client needs; ensuring successful execution.

Account Management : building strong, valued and long:term relationships with clients; ensuring client satisfaction with ERTs services

Sales Administration : managing pipeline, forecasting, planning to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Additionally as a Vice President and Senior Leader within our Commercial function, you will;

Provide management oversight and participation in the cultivation and formalization of business relationships.

Research new opportunities and identify prospects in the sales channel in support of the ERT Global Sales Teams overall goals and objectives.

Monitor and report on the opportunities in the market. Direct weekly forecast calls and provide sales management support as necessary using Salesforce as the platform.

Develop all sales Meetings, In Services, and Training modules in support of ERTs sales strategies. This includes participation in strategy development at weekly management meetings and facilitation of the above mentioned meetings.

The Vice President role requires the following


B.S./B.A. in Business or similar required or equivalent experience


Significant Pharmaceutical, CRO or core laboratory sales management experience and/or customer relationship management experience from either the sponsor or services perspective

10+ years of sales experience with specialist knowledge of the markets you be responsible for

At least 5 years of proven Sales Management experience in progressively more challenging roles

At least 2 years of Sales Training experience preferred

Experience in branding, product development and product execution a plus

Travel of up to 40
