This position will be a driving force for the strategy, growth, and enablement of our Channel and Alliance partners by leading a team of Channel Partner Managers. You must be a proven leader with a passion for building a high:quality demand generation engine through indirect channels. This is a senior leadership position at our hyper:growth company that will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities

Work with the CRO to further develop the channel sales and marketing strategy to recruit and enable partners who resell financial applications such as Netsuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Infor, among others
Build and refine current KPIs to improve measurement and forecasting of the teams performance
Review and improve the day:to:day activities of the channel team so that it will support the vision for the channel department as well as our revenue goals
Collaborate with our Senior Director of Sales, VP of Customer Success, and Technical Accounting team to identify best fit partners and alliances
Refine current training and people development processes to increase the effectiveness of our team members
Work with the marketing team to develop marketing assets that will help recruit and enable channel partners
Report and provide forecasts for partner and alliance driven leads
Meet with leadership at our partner companies, as well as our partner prospects, to further align and grow our relationship
Coach and motivate your team by removing obstacles, providing resources, and mentorship
Recruit, build, and manage a high performing team of channel partner managers both locally and remotely

Requirements

10+ years of channel leadership experience
7+ years as a channel leader for a technology company (preferably with financial close software)
Experience managing teams of 10+ associates
Experience working as a Manager, Director, or VP level in a company during a period fast growth going from 10M to 100M in revenue in under a 5:year period
Experience managing a remote channel and alliances team
History of being highly collaborative with Director/VP of Sales to achieve revenue goals as a team
Experience building a channel and alliances partner program
Can provide examples of channel strategies that grew channel driven leads consistently quarter over quarter that led to revenue and exceeding goals
Proven track record of hiring and recruiting top talent; hired at least 10 people in the past 4 years
Broad knowledge of channel recruitment and enablement best practices
Comfortable leading and contributing to a dynamic, fast:growing organization
Passionate about leading a team and motivating them to exceed their own expectations
Ability to communicate and translate departmental updates in business terms during leadership meetings
Work out of our Atlanta office
