Responsibilities include coordination and expansion of Carillon Tower Advisers, multiple affiliates, and the mutual fund brand, collaboration across all areas of the firm, leadership of a creative and capable team, and the ability to execute in market:relevant fashion in an industry undergoing significant change. This leader will balance current business needs with a longer:term view to future market evolution. Ability to deliver in traditional marketing media as well as multi:faceted digital realms are essential, as is the ability to support media/communications. Marketing leader will work with investment teams, Infrastructure, and Sales leadership in developing and coordinating highly impactful marketing campaigns.

Uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and asset management/financial services experience to provide strategy and oversight of marketing functions for Carillon Tower Advisers and its affiliates including: digital strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, branding, advertising, public relations and internal communications. Leads the development and execution of marketing and advertising concepts and programs, in interfacing with senior management and each divisions sales force with regard to marketing and communications initiatives. Supports thoughtful internal associate communications as well as outside media relations. Works independently on difficult assignments that are broad in nature requiring originality with appreciable latitude for un:reviewed actions or decisions. Ability to manage, engage and lead team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In conjunction with the Carillon Tower Advisers leadership team develops a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy.
Works closely in partnership with sales leadership to devise a global distribution strategy.
Ability to work well in cross:functional and global teams to create strong internal partnerships.
Continue to build:out of a distinct brand:identity for Carillon Tower Advisers and its affiliates.
Manages content and flow of all outbound and internal communications.
Oversees digital transformation including website updates, content and development, creation of sales materials and crafting of client/sales messaging.
Develops and executes annual marketing plan for various divisions detailing initiatives and activities.
Participates in annual departmental budget decisions for the team.
Works closely with product teams and sales to define key selling propositions.
Strong understanding of the institutional sales process including intermediary and sub:advised channels.
Fluency in client targeting, segmentation and use of digital marketing tools and technologies.
Provides timely and accurate marketing information including presentations and proposals.
Provides sales teams with relevant information to help sales cycles and industry expertise.
Oversees development of marketing materials (white papers, product campaign marketing, direct mail, marketing, etc.).
Ensures public relations efforts accurately reflect proper corporate messaging.
Ensures portfolio managers and senior management are properly trained and prepared for press coverage.
Establishes relationships with key media or outlets.
Leads and effectively communicates important news, events, marketing plans and successes.
Assists senior management with key internal announcements and plans.
