Develop, implement and drive global marketing strategies that successfully define and position the Iron Mountain Data Center foundational market messages, global brand attributes, value statements, and unique selling propositions (USP), enabled and supported via a structured digital messaging platform.
Create and deploy integrated go:to:market strategies and marketing plans to support Iron Mountain Data Center revenue goals, while managing the implementation of these plans within defined budgetary guidelines.
Develop, launch and direct a comprehensive event model, to maximize the positioning of Iron Mountain Data Center brand via corporate sponsorship and hospitality at specific global industry events (ie : PTC, ITW, NANOG, FIA) and regional client engagement events. In addition, develop and deliver key sales organization events such as Sales Kickoff, Mid:Year Sales Meeting and Client Counsel.
Design and implement scalable and innovative demand generation strategies and programs, to include data driven lead generation strategies, which deliver consistent, predictable, and measurable funnel development results across Iron Mountain Data Centers global sales organization.
Define and implement market segmentation and sales targeting strategies, aligned with Iron Mountain Data Centers USPs. Implement a process and structure to capture, analyze and communicate win/loss data.
Develop and deploy global channel sales and marketing campaigns focused on accelerating the new logo sales funnel and win rate sourced via the external channel partner ecosystem, in alignment with the aggressive sales growth targets of Iron Mountain Data Centers.
Produce and manage a budget for the marketing organization, in alignment with Finance, and ensure integrity of the operational and financial KPIs. Develop key ROI success metric definitions, including the establishment and management of metrics to measure the performance of the channel partner and events marketing programs.

Business Acumen : Understands how enterprise businesses work related market forces. Simultaneous consideration of elements like market segments, competitors, related businesses, the economy, market psychology, etc. Knowledgeable in practices, trends, and information affecting his/her business and organization; knows the industry ecosystem and is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the enterprise marketplace. Analyzes and implements rather than just analyzes. Looks for principles that are repeatable.
Required Tactical
Qualifications

At least 10 years of effectively managing a marketing and client engagement model in a highly complex multinational environment within data center, cloud solutions, IT services, telecommunications, or a related technology vertical.
Clear record of strong people management skills and organizational transformation, including strong talent recruitment and retention skills.
Ability to proactively address performance issues in a professional and timely manner.
