PenFed Credit Union is hiring a Vice President, Enterprise Document Management in San Antonio, Texas. The primary purpose of this role is to design and lead PenFed?s Enterprise Document Management Center of Excellence strategies, platforms, partnerships, business architecture, daily operations and long range planning all with the purpose of exceeding the member experience and business growth demands of today and tomorrow. This position will be charged with centralizing and modernizing all aspects of print, mail, forms; along with physical and digital document management services.

Establish and manage all aspects of end-to-end Enterprise Document Management across all products and services; including but not limited to on-premises and as-a-service platform and processes, business operations, strategic design leadership, partner leadership, program delivery management, first line of defense controls and new business development.
Lead and develop the Document Management staff focused on delivering operational excellence on a daily basis.
Identify end-to-end opportunities that will through innovation and partnerships deliver significant operational and expense efficiencies while improving the employee and member experience.
Develop and execute on strategies and implement programs that will significantly increase operational efficiencies, reduce operational expenses that lead to product and member loyalty.
Optimize member experience journeys in direct collaboration with Lines of Business and Product leads to deliver critical documents in least expensive way with best in class experience.
Successfully manage, develop and execute - highly visible, innovative, complex, critical and strategic products/programs to include business / system transformations and leveraging third-party partners to effectively and efficiently scale operations to support key business partners and strategic initiatives.
Develop, refine, and execute plans to ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements associated with Managed & Output Services are met without exception. Oversee and directly engage all regulatory and compliance requirements, exams, policy and procedures.
Lead short and long range planning and forecasting process and achievement to include overall strategy, short and long-term operational plans, and ongoing reporting / forecasting of execution to plans.
Directly lead all third party relationships and overall risk management.
Manage and deliver all performance reporting and business insight leadership updates.
Lead infrastructure member-centered design solution roadmaps partnering with IT and other critical stakeholders.

Education and Experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
Master?s Degree in Business or related field required.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of direct experience in financial services (customer facing and back office operations), including Document Management processes, partnership and overall business strategies is required.
Minimum of five (5) years? in a Director role.
Direct experience with critical print, mail, digital document platforms processes, business architecture and schemes is required.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
*Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.*
Ability to travel to various worksites and be on-call may be required.
