Role: Day to day writing or executing manual test cases to help with end to end testing (they already have about 1800-1900 test cases)
Must have:
Agile fundamentals- creating user stories, refinement, backlog, etc
Jira, Quality centre HP ALM (where test cases are written and stored)
Understands how bank systems work
Nice to have:
Exposure to Automation (may be used at a later stage, not now)
Knowledge of FIS
Problem solving
Can prioritize and work on multiple tasks
Good communication skills (as they will be proof-reading messages, emails, SMS)
Other notes:
The role is not so technical as QA tester. More of thinking experience, understanding how bank systems work.
