The Treasury Risk Manager is a member of the Central Finance team. The Treasury Risk Manager will be responsible for four key aspects of finance and risk for the Company: treasury management, risk and compliance program initiatives, insurance program management, and process improvement projects. The Treasury Risk Manager will interact cross functionally with five production sites, central support and senior leadership. The Treasury Risk Manager will initially have one direct report. The Treasury Risk Manager’s assigned responsibilities will change as growth and development opportunities arise and as the Company needs change.
Key Accountabilities:Treasury Management
Develop with the Controller and CFO the Company’s funding approach
Prepare the monthly cash forecast
Monitor the Company loans and banking programs
Review and approve cash disbursements
Risk and Compliance Program Initiatives
Evaluate the Company’s risks with the Controller and CFO
Develop the plan for business control environment program initiatives
Manage and report compliance improvement opportunities and status to finance and senior leadership
Communicate and coordinate interaction with the internal and external auditors
Insurance Program Management
Work with the Controller and CFO to determine appropriate insurance coverage
Support the business and employees with insurance needs
Track, report and account for insurance amounts and claims
Track and report on responses to insurance provider recommendations
Process Improvement Projects
Drive the plan and prioritization for process improvement projects
Lead the design, identification and implementation standardization of control best practices at production sites and central
Review documentation of current and future state processes and segregation of dutiesRole Offerings

Competitive payEducation / Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
7+ years of accounting and / or treasury experience (3+ public accounting preferred)
CPA license preferred
Self-motivated and disciplined with an assertive and ambitious approach and a high level of intellectual curiosity
Problem solving analytical ability with attention to detail
Controls mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo, drive simplification and standardization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive team attitude
Demonstrated experience identifying ways to automate and improve process efficiency and effectiveness while managing and reducing risk
Working capital management experience a plus
Advanced MS Excel modeling skills
Experience obtaining and analyzing data from ERP and database management systems (SYSPRO experience preferred, but not required)
Project planning and process mapping tools experience a plusCulture and Perks
