Responsibilities:

Provide care and support for patients with psychiatric disorders and mental health challenges.
Administer medications and treatments according to patient care plans.
Monitor patient behavior, mood, and response to interventions.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Document patient observations, progress, and any incidentsaccurately.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with specialization inPsychiatric Nursing.
Valid state nursing license in the state of employment (Vetted can assist with new licenses if needed).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably in a travel role.
Strong clinical skills in mental health assessment and crisisintervention.

Clinical expertise and technical proficiency in psychiatric care.
Critical thinking and decision-making.
Effective communication skills.
Attention to detail and adaptability.
