Looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who is interested in a long-term opportunity building strong and trusting relationships along with client satisfaction within the organization's Title service line. If you are customer focused, highly organized and motivated individual, resourceful and looking to start your career with a leading provider in the title industry, then consider joining our team! Our Client Service Specialist / Customer Support Specialist will provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Providing clients with excellent service and support, while ensuring delivery of accurate reports within client Service Level Agreements.
In addition, the appropriate candidate will possess the following attributes:
Professional, positive attitude while exercising patience with clients
Creative problem-solving capabilities
Customer Service focused

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient computer and internet skills including the Microsoft Office Suite of applications

Excellent time management and prioritization skills including ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and resolve specific problems within stated deadlines
Analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and decisive
Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
Strong skills to obtain answers with guidance
Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions through various channels

Training and Experience:
Prior customer service experience preferred
Title industry knowledge preferred, but not required
Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Conditions of Work:

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Ability to remain focused for extended periods of time
Ability to work extra hours on short notice to accomplish goals
Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
Ability to travel domestically, if necessary

Hours and Salary:
Full Time (40 hours per week)
8 AM to 5 PM
$14.00/hr - $17.00/hr with benefit options
