Details of the offer

As a service sales representative is responsible for supporting the growth and development of the service departments activity and performance through direct, customer prospecting, qualifying and relationship building within your assigned territory. Essential and Specific Responsibilities for this position are outlined below.

Essential Responsibilities:
Promote all service capabilities to potential customers as it pertains to mobile, body shop, and in shop services.
Identify potential accounts and secure company-wide relationships with them.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product warranty coverage and be capable of informing customers of applicable coverage?s.
Check OEM databases for any applicable campaigns, updates or upgrades on all upcoming scheduled services.
Prepare service quotes when needed and secure customer?s authorization for the quoted repairs.
Inform Service Manager of potential problem areas and/or customer concerns.
Perform onsite sales training of service personnel on new programs/processes.
Promote extended warranty sales.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Professional Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Effective oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the highest degree of energy, self-confidence and integrity and the ability to perform well without daily supervision
Ability to successfully negotiate with prospects/customers at all management levels
Ability to work under pressure both externally and internally across department lines, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple tasks simultaneously
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Exceptional Customer Service Orientation and phone skills to reach Decision Makers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Travel required
