Position Summary:
Provides exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner in accordance with established teller policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform lobby / drive-thru teller functions including balancing teller drawer;
Accepting and processing account deposits and withdrawals, making transfer, issuing official checks.
Cashing checks for banking customers and / or checks issued to our customers, and providing other assistance as requested;
Maintains appropriate currency amounts is teller drawer;
Assists in balancing ATM and researches for errors.
Prepare cash shipments;
Assist in daily branch capture processing
Provide assistance to other personnel during peak hours.

Assists in scheduling staff to ensure proper level of service is maintained.

Provides ongoing training to the teller staff. Assists the teller staff in resolving customer transactions and reviews and approves transactions, as necessary, during the day.

Monitors and replenishes inventory of supplies as necessary.

Responsible for communicating standards of service to the teller staff.
Adherence to all Bank policies and procedures, including BSA and AML.
Any and all other duties as requested by management

Required Skills/Qualifications:Degree: N/A Specify:
Must possess High School Diploma or its equivalent.
At least five years of teller experience is required. Two to five years ofteller supervisorexperience is preferred.
Must follow and adhere to all Bank policies and regulations.
Skills should include typing, PC, and ability to operate standard office equipment including 10-key calculator.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal communications and listening skills required.
Must be able to handle high customer traffic and constant interruptions.
Requires standing for most of the work day, some stooping and reaching and lifting, carrying or moving weights up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to work flexible hours Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Working Conditions:Professional and fast paced banking environment, customer traffic, may be mentally and / or physically stressful.
