The Team Financial Advisor Manageris responsible fordirectly managing a team of 12-15 Financial Advisors who support mass affluent clients through inbound and outbound engagement.The Financial Advisor Team Manager will ensure their entire team is performing ata high levelwhile adhering to Firm and business standards of excellence.
RoleResponsibilities:
Manage, coach, and guide a team of FAs, driving opportunities for and championing the professional development of teammembers
Set and manage team standards around attendance, performance metrics, and service qualityofconversation
Support FAs in meeting coreKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Actively seek opportunities to improveconversationskills; take a proactive approach in contributing to the success of the team through process improvement and informationsharing
Identifyopportunities for improvement and create practical and comprehensive implementation plans to drive change across theorganization
Identifyrisks early and develop actionable mitigationplans
Partner with varying levels of management and stakeholders to concisely explain complex issues and garner leadershipsupport
Minimum Qualifications:
Registrations: SIE, Series 7, Series 66(or 63 AND 65),andSeries 9/10
Supervisory experiencerequired
Preferred Skills:
Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensiveteambusiness plan focused on growth, retention, and drivingrevenue
Excellent knowledge of compliance practices and proventrack recordworking within industry and regulatory parameters
Exhibit initiative in expanding knowledge across our business andparticipatingin departmental projects to help provide the best clientexperience
