The SVP Client Partnership is responsible for client success and growth. He/she is responsible for all areas of client delivery and overall relationship health. This person brings together the right team to drive sales growth, expand our footprint, ensure profitable delivery and influence the clients strategy through knowledge, innovation and thought leadership. Key requirements for this role are strong leadership, demonstrated success in selling and growing client revenue, creative problem solving, proactive communication, and a passion for client success.
Responsibilities:
Owns the client relationship : responsible for account onboarding, overall health, and growth
Understands the clients context within the industry and competitive position
Builds and maintains senior level client relationships
Exhibits an advanced understanding of digital delivery across creative, strategy and technology platforms. Leverages this knowledge to build and fit into a clients digital transformation agenda
Thinks and leads strategically; Looks ahead, leads with a vision and proactively takes appropriate action
Manage client portfolio across one or more clients delivering 15:25M/annually
Responsible for the development and professional growth of team members. Identifies relevant training and development needs for the team and develops action plans to fulfill them.
Ensures the right team is in place to meet client account growth goals
Achieves revenue and margin goals for area of accountability
Education/Experience Required:
Bachelors Degree in a related field
Digital transformation and digital platform (commerce, content, CXM, CDP, campaign, etc.) project experience both from a delivery and sales standpoint.
A thought leader, comfortable speaking from a position of knowledge with clients and industry leaders
Proficient in consultative selling
Experience in both selling and delivering complex technical solutions
10+ years in a senior director role/client services leadership
Proven track record in developing client relationships at C:level
History of managing and mentoring client services teams as well as coaching and developing diverse teams
A proven record of growing accounts and developing new business
Excellent client facing and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to demonstrate problem solving skills, ability to multi:task, attention to detail and organized
