The Senior Sales Specialist Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with executive level decision makers in NCR Payments Solutions clients for the specific purpose of contractual continuity, increasing revenue generation through the sale of additional products and services, and insuring a highly reference-able customer base.

The Senior Sales Specialist Manager will be assigned to our large portfolio clients to maintain and grow revenue. Key account Sponsor Banking relationship responsibility and extensive engagement with clients of valued portfolios within NCR Payments. This position will also include creating and structuring necessary partnerships for payments specific growth in ecommerce and government required relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Run all business relations measured by revenue - with revenue retention and growth goals achieved through marketing programs, add on business and collaboration with clients to drive innovation plans against strategy.

Account plan structured strategies for monthly, quarterly and annual activities

Responsible for maintaining, growing, and maximizing portfolio.

Developing and implementing business plans to improve revenue opportunities

Maintaining positive and trust based relations with business partners, shareholders and authorities.

Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations

Providing leadership and strategic mentorship to team members and organization employee

Educating clients on the business benefits of NCR Payments Solutions products and services

Prepare proposals and presentations for specific recommendations for programs, services, and products.

Responsible for generating revenue in assigned accounts by securing sales of add-on products deemed as strategic products Serve as the primary point of contact for the client while coordinating NCR Payments Solutions resources required to service the client.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

10+ years? experience in the financial services industry or technology software industry in a sales and/or leadership management role

Role with demonstrated revenue quota achievement

Superior communication skills up to the C level with ability to facilitate establishing executive level relationships with clients

Prior experience in banking or credit union space - either as a practitioner or vendor to the industry.

Well versed in consultative, solutions-based selling. with SaaS/PaaS Software Solution selling experience

Experience with relationship management or sales, including strong business acumen, strategic planning skills, and operations/escalation management.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous projects in multiple customers.

General working knowledge of Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Demonstrated ability to work independently from remote locations.
