What You'll DoProvide proactive and strategic administrative partnership to executive leadershipContinually strategize, advise on and implement ways to optimize leader's time and efficiencyComplex, end-to-end meeting management with executive leadership team and senior stakeholdersManage end-to-end event planning and logistics, including all-hands, summits, team events and QBRsCoordinates frequent and complex domestic and international travel, including managing on the ground logisticsTeam expense, PO, and morale budget managementComplex project management including enforcing project timelines, and holding team accountable to AI's and deliverablesNurture relationships with leader's directs to understand business context and prioritiesAct as a Lead for the EABP team within the org, responsible for resourcing and development of other EABP professionals as well as ownership over EABP program, upholding standards and guidelines for team-wide administrative effortsPartners with recruiting to manage EABP hiring processFacilitates EABP Professional team meetingsSecures on-boarding coverage for new leadersCalibrates leaders' on EABP guidelines, expectations and performancePartners with HRBP to stay informed on org growth and changes that impact EABP Professional teamBasic QualificationsMinimum 10+ years of administrative experience working with Senior Executive Leadership, including C-Level supportPreferred QualificationsMinimum 8 years experience working with Senior Executive Leadership in a global companyMinimum 8 years experience working with C-level executives in a global tech companyExperience leading a team of other administrative support staffVery strong technical capability in Google calendar and Google SuitePrior experience working in a technical environment preferredDemonstrated ability to structure calendar cadence to support long-term business objectivesAbility to pivot and respond to rapidly shifting prioritiesAbility to navigate ambiguityStrong collaboration and teamwork experienceStrong relationship management skills with ability to build and maintain a strong internal network within the companyExperience in end-to-end project management with proven track record of meeting deadlinesStrong, concise and clear communication skillsHigh attention to detailAble to anticipate needs and find opportunities to add valueDemonstrates optimism, respects others and works well in a teamExperience implementing new processes to optimize leaders' timeExcellent problem solving and decision making skillsExperience with complex travel and logisticsAbility to handle confidential informationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceFor San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$160,000 per year - USD$178,000 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
