Expedite shutdown of Genesis servicing capability by end of 2022 due to BBVA (not scalable)
Better align servicing timeline with Treasury Management digital roadmap
Top must-have skills / Candidate Requirements:
Experienced in Salesforce is required
Experienced with Agile/Scrum and writing user stories is required
Great communication skills
Strong ability to lead team discussions for application enhancement requirements
Banking/Finance is a plus
Years of overall experience required:
6-8
Day to day responsibilities:
Participate and be an engaging member of a new Commercial Lending crew
Support business enhancements with creation of documented user stories
Coordinate business testing with Quality Engineering testers
Valid feature requirements are met with planned releases
Two week sprints
Agile ceremonies
Application troubleshooting
LOB interaction
Degrees or certifications required:
A Salesforce Admin certification
