The Bank of New York Mellon seeks a Specialist Infrastructure Operation Analyst in Oriskany, NY, to design, implement, integrate, and provide full application support for software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: utilizing Power Shell Scripting, Splunk, and Confluence to perform Windows Server Administration, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management; applying the ITIL principles within the incident and change management process; developing shell scripts to maintain the application environment; reporting and remediating the application incident scenarios; performing program design, scripting, integration, and testing; developing solutions to perform daily business operations and automate daily activities performed by the administration; and modifying existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, and improve performance
