What You Will Do Architect and develop a sophisticated React frontend utilizing DuckDB WASM for seamless data interactionsDesign and implement infrastructure handling millions of customer automationsEnhance a relational algebra compiler that optimizes complex data operationsBuild and optimize multi-tier query caching systemsCreate intuitive interfaces for customers to develop AI workflowsTackle challenging problems at the intersection of distributed systems, compiler theory, and UXWork directly with customers to understand needs and implement solutionsIdeal Candidate Background 3+ years of experience in full-stack engineeringTrack record of building complex data systems or working with query optimizationExperience with modern web technologies and distributed systemsStrong foundation in computer science fundamentalsBackground in B2B SaaS or product engineeringProven ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsPreferred Experience with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, React, or KubernetesBackground in database optimization or data warehouse integrationHistory of leading significant technical projectsStartup or high-growth company experienceCompensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $160,000 - $200,000Meaningful equity stake: 0.5-2%Relocation assistance to NYC availableFlexible hybrid work scheduleGround-floor opportunity to shape the technical direction of a well-funded startup
