to provide AWS education, guidance, and implementation assistance across the Claims implementation. This team will provide patterns, education and partnerships focused on Reliability & Stability, Security and Discovery/Communication for Applications and Microservices.

A Day in the Life of a Software Developer (Host Mainframe System)
This is an opportunity to work on a new type of team at State Farm, a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. We are investing in Cloud-first as we build integration within AWS (Amazon Web Services) interacting with the Claims Ecosystem, supporting our 35,000 Claims Handlers, Policyholders and Claimants.
We Are Looking For Candidates With

Experience with designing, building and deploying microservices.
Experience with Kubernetes, EKS, or other container solutions.
Experience with Infrastructure services and interactions, including networking, reliability & stability, and implementations.
Proficient with one of the following GoLang, Java (Spring Boot), NodeJS or Python with desire and passion to learn the others.
Database experience with relational and non-relational models.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS knowledge - Specifically Gateway API, Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM, & Terraform.
Strong security knowledge
