What success looks like in this role:

ServiceNow Business Transformation Advisor
This role requires the ability to strategize, envision, design, and direct the deployment/integration of solutions across the SN platform Product lines, driving transformational change.Ensures solutions delivered are engineered in accordance with defined architectural and infrastructure standards.This role requires skills as aBusiness strategist; Governance expertise; Agile knowledge; Outstanding Business Relationship skills; Process Design proficiency; Sales Enablement knowledge; Program Build, Program Management expertise.
A ServiceNow Business transformation Advisor (BTA) performs as a Business Strategy & ServiceNow Technical Architecture professional in support of the Unisys ServiceNow practice. In this role, the BTA role will lead efforts related to solution investment of the ServiceNow platform, to plan a strategic direction to enhance the maturity of the ServiceNow Platform?s implementation effectiveness and maturity. The BTA role will scope, plan, pilot, and execute strategic initiatives while managing and directing a leveraged team of ServiceNow engineers; work with the other Unisys or third party Services Organization to staff and execute projects; manage and QA Delivery across all active projects; facilitate Sales roll-out and uptake; and act as liaison from the ServiceNow Center of Enablement to the account teams impacted, as well as the executive sponsors. This will be coupled with providing guidance on functional and technical areas of business and understanding how components fit together and interact (IT and business, strategy and operations [including managed services]); maintaining currency in industry and practice trends; providing perspective to clients when recommending solutions to business problems. This role will be tasked with developing & documenting approach Methodology; performing Process Design; developing Sales Enablement collateral; validating the concepts/methods/model; and ultimately deploying SN Solutions.
Responsibilities:
Work independently within a business area and assists at the enterprise level to influence the strategic and technical decisions during all phases of a project (Strategic/Technical).
Know relevant issues and considerations in implementing ServiceNow programs, controls, processes and practices within an enterprise (Strategic)
Know relevant issues and considerations with regard to ServiceNow domain separation application maturity (Technical).
Recommend, Design and construct policies and standards (Strategic)
Provide advisory support to projects during the vision and strategy, architecture, and development phases (Methodology).
Lead both technical and strategic resources (company, client and third-party resources) in area of expertise to conclusion of a project phase (Management).
Manage client expectations and balances the needs of the company and clients to ensure satisfaction for both (Relationship Management).
Influence decisions and project direction at the executive level (Relationship Management).
Perform in proposal efforts and assists in sales calls (Leverage).
Communicate in formal presentation settings including medium to large sized groups of key decision makers at the executive level; tailor presentations to needs and interests of the audience.
Develop blog posts, articles and white papers covering areas of expertise (Communication).
Grasp key client issues based on fact-gathering activities and develops appropriate analyses and hypotheses (Business).
Communicate company vision, organizational structure abilities and services in context of client situations (Business).
Understand and apply approaches and techniques related to business area architecture (BAA), information technology strategy (ITS) and enterprise transformation planning (ETP) (Methodology).

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Key Qualifications
8-15 years of consulting experience with management and/or operations strategy
8-15 years of consulting experience with technical architecture analysis and design as well as executive level business strategy
ServiceNow certifications required
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with ITIL
Experience with SIAM and/or Multi-Vendor /Supplier Management
Exposure to clients across a variety of industries and verticals
Experience working with client enterprise products, services, and strategies
Experience working with at least two ServiceNow application suites
Experience with ServiceNow domain separation capabilities
Experience working with business principles, practices and economics
Experience working with common best practices, innovations, trends and challenges in the industry
Experience contributing to multi-disciplined project teams to design, develop, deliver, and maintain technical solutions that meet client requirements
Knowledge and proficiency in solution implementation techniques within their and related areas of expertise
Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity
Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and the company
Ability to interact with senior client leaders
Support new business development
Good technical infrastructure performance modeling and benchmarking skills
