Service Representative (Fleet Department)

Job Summary
TheService Representativeworks with our Fleet Department to assist with servicing our grease accounts. This role will combine the pickup & delivery of grease containers to customer locations with the completion of associated computer documentation relating to inventory, scheduling and other systems such as TMT.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Responsible for the pickup & delivery of grease containers to & from customer locations.
Inputs daily receipts for fleet maintenance and responsible for entering information into TMT.
Assists with inventory, scheduling and delivering of grease containers.
Responsible for inputting and printing of plant daily/weekly reports which includes container routing, Truck/Trailer PMs, fleet, and sales.
Conducts and documents all parts in inventory and verifies inventory in garage is accurate.
Verifies all driver's logs are complete before submission.
All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Valid driver's license required.
Must have demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
Will be required to take and pass a D.O.T. Physical.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Oracle and TMT is a plus.
Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.
Highly organized; superior time management skills.
Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations; adaptable to changing situations.

Physical Demands
Constantly required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, & crouch.
Occasionally push, pull up to 100 lbs.
Occasionally lift up to 80 lbs.
Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
Regularly required reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment
Job functions will be carried out in an office environment, customer locations, or company vehicle.
