Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a remote
Service Desk Analyst
to join a short term government contract. The
Service Desk Analyst
will be responsible for supporting external users and calls/tickets in the ticketing system. **Must have an Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance**
Responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst include:
Working with external customers and the service desk team supporting software applications
Answer 25-30+ calls/tickets per day
Ability to prioritize tasks and tickets that come in
Handle high call volume on a day to day basis
Qualifications for the Service Desk Analyst include:
1-3+ years of end-user/service desk support
Knowledgeable with Remedy, ServiceNow or other similar ticketing systems
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Certifications: Security+ CE, CySA+, SSCP, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC
Must be within a 1-hour drive of any Marine Corps base
Must have an Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance
Compensation for the Service Desk Analyst include:
Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
