Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst in Bethesda, MD to support our Federal IT Consulting Client's Custom Software Application ticketing system with a career path into becoming a Business Analyst or Software Tester
Responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst:
• Supporting and troubleshooting external end users' issues with custom software application
• Monitor and assist with clients ticketing system "Footprints"
• At times handling high call and ticket Volume
• Communicate with highly educated Professionals (Doctors and Institutes)
Qualifications for the Service Desk Analyst:
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable providing tier 1 support/ troubleshooting to doctors and research institutes
• Minimum of 2 years of professional end user support or service desk support
• Experience using ticketing a system
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Compensation for Service Desk Analyst Includes:
• $38,000- $48,000 with Benefits
• 6 weeks Paid Training
• Opportunity for career path and increase in salary after 6 months
